REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for tickets purchased through PinnKET. By purchasing a ticket through PinnKET, you agree to the terms below.

1. GENERAL RULE

Unless otherwise stated by the event organiser, all ticket purchases made through PinnKET are final and non-refundable.

2. EVENT CANCELLATION

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible ticket holders may qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment channel used during purchase where possible.

3. EVENT RESCHEDULING

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date. Where the organiser approves refunds for rescheduled events, PinnKET will communicate the applicable refund process and timeline.

4. EVENT CHANGES

Changes to venue, line-up, programme, seating arrangement, or event timing do not automatically qualify a ticket for a refund, unless the organiser explicitly states otherwise.

5. DUPLICATE OR FAILED PAYMENTS

If you are charged more than once for the same ticket purchase, or if a payment is completed but a valid ticket is not issued, please contact support as soon as possible. Verified duplicate or failed transactions may qualify for a refund or correction.

6. USER ERRORS

Refunds are generally not issued for mistakes made by the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Entering the wrong phone number or email address
  • Purchasing the wrong event ticket
  • Purchasing the wrong quantity
  • Missing the event
  • Failure to attend after successful purchase

7. REFUND APPROVAL

Refund requests are subject to review and approval by PinnKET and, where applicable, the event organiser. Approval is not guaranteed unless the case clearly falls under an eligible refund category.

8. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider, bank, mobile money network, or other third-party financial systems involved.

9. SERVICE FEES

In some cases, payment processing charges, service fees, or third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by PinnKET.

10. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact PinnKET support with enough detail to help us review the issue quickly. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number or email used during purchase
  • The event name
  • Your ticket reference or transaction reference
  • A short explanation of the issue
